Flock 2014: Air tickets and Accommodation

Flock 2014 will be held in Prague, so its time to book air tickets and arrange the accommodation!

The cheapest air tickets for me (from Athens to Prague), proved to be a Lufthansa flight with one stop to Munich. The total price of the tickets are 240 euros, which taking into account that I booked the tickets one and a half month before the conference, the price is quite reasonable. If you are planning to attend flock, book your tickets before it’s too late!

About the accommodation now, the official Flock site, offers you 2 options.

The first option is to share a room at the Dormitory Sinkuleho. The room at the dormitories are double, so you could find a roomy. The price per night is only 16.5 euros per night, but here is the twist: there are shared bathrooms and showers per floor.

The secondary, significantly more expensive option, is to stay in hotel Diplomat. This hotel is a 10-minute away walk from the venue, and a double room will cost you 90 euros per night.

Since I will be in Prague since Monday, 4 of August (the conference starts at 6 of August), staying in the hotel will be quite expensive, so I decided to share a room with giannisk at the dormitories.
